Milk Queen has no superpowers but she has access to most of the dairy equipment and has the money to employ some of her own muscle to protect her companies warehouses. She also has one or two government officials on her payroll.


Bio:
Melissa grew up in Washington DC and both her parents divorced when she was only 6 years old. It was obvious that Melissa loved milk from an early age. Her favourite animal was a cow, much to her parents', bemusement and she had milk at every opportunity she could; with cereal, weetabix, drinks, dinner, lunch and more. This worried her parents as she wouldn't drink anything else so they thought there was something wrong with her. The doctors said that it was just a case of an addictive personality but towards milk. This was uncommon at a young age and therefore her parents were told to monitor her and not let her have too much. Melissa was a bit put out by this and she began to dislike her parents ever so slightly.
People at her schools teased her about her obsession with milk and one boy took a carton off her on her first day. Melissa became so enraged that she grabbed a couple of cartons from the food desk and proceeded to smash him in the face with the cartons until his face swelled up and he was covered in milk.
At the age of 16 Melissa had her first work experience. She decided to go to the local dairy to experience the day to day running of the place and learn how everything was operated. She was fascinated by the scale of the machinery and the fact that hundreds of animals could be milked at any one time. What also impressed her was the speed at which they worked and how quickly the tanks were filled. The office work also enthralled her and it didn't take much for her to decide that this was the career that she wanted to pursue. Her head filled with images of her stood before her vast dairy network, supplying the whole country amazing milk.
At 17, her parents mutually agreed that her milk addiction had gotten out of hand again and that she needed professional help. She was sent to daily psychiatric meetings in an effort to drill the addiction out of her and it made her resent her parents more and more with every passing month. She vowed that she would show them how successful she could be with milk and she promised them that she would build the best dairy in all the country just to prove them wrong.
By 21, she had worked her way up the corporate dairy ladder only to be met by an ultimatum; she would either be stuck licking her superiors asses for the rest of her career or she could go it alone. Choosing the latter, Melissa began to build her own dairy. It took a year or so until she was up and running but once she was, Melissa began to expand. She would manipulate other companies into coming under her umbrella and handing her the keys to their companies. Some were resistant but it was nothing that hired muscle couldn't handle and before long she had a small handful of companies at her command. She absorbed them all and rebranded them all under one banner: Melissa's Milk Manufacturing. She adopted a simple 'MMM' logo and then she decided to slow down her expansion as to not be noticed by the authorities, all she needed was someone quizzing her on how she came to own the companies. Another three years passed before Melissa owned two thirds of the countries dairies and she was still utilising illegal techniques to take them over. There were two sides to her expansion: the fact that she was gaining a lot of cash and the fact that agencies and superheroines were trying to show her up. The latter phased Melissa somewhat and we know that in the early days of our investigation, most agents we sent were taken captive by the self proclaimed Milk Queen. Once they were debriefed we found out that Melissa had built a private facility, it's location unknown to us, and was using it for some frankly scary experiments. She used drugs to enlarge our agents' breasts and then they were strapped down and milked like animals. One girl said that the Milk Queen forced her mouth open with a gag and inserted a tube into her mouth. After she had produced a certain amount of breast milk, three quarters of it was sent off to a large vat and she was forced to drink the rest of it. From what we can gather, Milk Queen then alters the milk she retrieves in some way but we do not know what she does to it after that.
We are trying everything to shut her down but someone somewhere is sending her money and technology as there is no way a CEO of a dairy company could get their hands on anything like this.
Final judgement: approach Melissa Tracer with caution. She is a slippery woman and if she gets her hands on you then there is no guarantee we can get you out.
